At 45, I’ve come to cherish the beauty of my imperfect journey—and now want to inspire you to embrace yours! My mission is to guide you towards a balanced, joyful life through personalized wellness programs designed to fit your needs. I was born and raised in Poland, but for over a decade, I’ve navigated life away from home across Europe. This experience has been a rollercoaster— filled with rich experiences but also tough challenges. Without the familiar support of my home country, I faced significant health issues. Food, once my source of comfort, love, and safety, became a problem as I dealt with weight gain, IBS, spinal issues, and even autoimmune conditions. I’ve been in your shoes, searching for an effective weight loss solution. I tried countless diets, elimination plans, supplements, and medications, only to find that none offered lasting relief… My breakthrough occurred when I began tuning into my body’s signals and making intuitive adjustments, such as cutting back on animal products. This shift allowed me to create a lifestyle that truly supports my well-being, and I’m excited to help you achieve a similar transformative experience. Now happily based in Lausanne, Switzerland, I work with driven professionals across Europe and beyond to elevate their wellness and achieve long-term results. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness clients gain more energy, sharper focus, a slimmer figure, and a youthful glow, all while improving their mood and reducing their risk of chronic diseases as a bonus! I’ve always been a huge foodie, and lucky for you, this passion means you'll receive a wealth of tested, delicious, and healthy recipes that are as exciting as they are easy to prepare. But it’s not just about the food itself. Recognizing that many eating habits are influenced by emotions and stress, I leverage my background as a trained mindfulness teacher (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR) to address the root causes of challenges like emotional eating. Although changing long-standing habits can be tough, you only get one body. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to prioritize health and help you do the same. With over 20 years in a demanding corporate career and having navigated my own health crisis, I understand the stress of balancing a busy professional life while seeking time for rejuvenation, healing, and weight loss. I bring this experience to our work together, offering empathy, insight, and practical solutions to support you every step of the way—and most importantly, a personal touch. You deserve nothing less. No tedious calorie counting or cookie-cutter meal plans here! My Credentials
I am a Professional Certified Coach, ICF Associate Certified Coach, and an ICF member, trained and certified by the Co-Active Institute in a rigorous program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. With 20 years of corporate experience in the FMCG food sector, I bring significant practical expertise in people development. This includes 6 years as a Team and Business Performance Coach, working at both regional and global levels. The Co-Active Institute (CTI) is the largest and most established professional coach training organization in the world. CTI trained over 65,000 coaches, including employees in more than a third of the Fortune 100 companies. Co-Active Model, as a gold standard of coaching, has been chosen by Harvard Medical School to study and map science to the process of coaching. I completed the Co-Active Coach training and I am on the path to certification as Co-Active Professional Coach – through the training widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry.
Nutrition, Health, and Wellness
I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I received my credentials as Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with the official sanction of the New York State Education Department. I continue education specializing in Gut Health and Hormonal Health. IIN pioneered the field of holistic health coaching over 30 years ago. Since then, it has constantly been evolving to become a renowned global institution offering the most innovative and comprehensive health and wellness education for health coaches. In the course of the studies in IIN, I learned from over 95 teachers and visiting faculty - the world’s leading experts - about the topics such as integrative nutrition and nutrition science, functional medicine, and wellness concepts and coaching techniques. IIN offers opportunity to explore diverse dietary theories from ancient Eastern Traditions to modern Western medicine, including unique core concepts like bio-individuality and primary food.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher trained with Mindful Academy Solterreno. Mindfulness and meditation have the potential to improve our lives, bringing a multitude of health benefits. To ensure my clients are able to reap those rewards I am continually deepening both my own practice and skills for teaching Mindful Practices. The renowned Mindful Academy Solterreno has been leading trainings in this field for over a decade. Their programs adhere to Good Practice Guidelines and assess using the Mindfulness-based Interventions Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI-TAC). Accredited with the Internationally accepted Yoga Alliance Professionals.

I'm a nature lover, and I love spending time outdoors.
Whether hiking in the mountains, chilling by the lake or strolling through a park, I love being surrounded by nature.
I enjoy physical activity.
Pilates, yoga, and paddle boarding are some of my favourites recently. However, I do get the appeal of the adrenaline rush of skiing, surfing, or climbing, too!
I love good food!
And I don't mind cooking, but it shouldn't be complicated or time-consuming - simple and flavourful meals, often inspired by travels are more my style.
I love testing new ideas for casual yet original meals, and I'd love to share the best of them with you!
And finally, simple pleasures.
Quality time with friends, long conversations with my partner, night out in the movies or night in with a book, my cat purring on my lap...these things bring me joy.
